Tulsa, Okla. – AmericanChecked Inc., a nationally accredited, Native/Woman-owned company based in Tulsa, Okla., is now fully integrated with Aztek Gaming Solutions, LLC, a premier applicant tracking and workflow management system (ATS). The integration of these two systems, provides a powerful ecosystem for hiring, onboarding and background screening tailored specifically for tribal gaming commissions and tribal entities.

Aztek Gaming’s product – PermiTrak – streamlines the employee/vendor permitting process. Employees and vendors are able to apply directly for a license, upload documents, review application information and renew their license online. Administrators can control who views what information through role-based permissions, accept online payments, prepare documents for NIGC filings and track investigations. Users can create and pull custom reports and set up personalized dashboards. It also delivers a revenue tracking feature and safety incident manager.

In addition to the ATS and background screening components, the system is also integrated directly with TribalTRAC, the employee and vendor licensing and verification software developed by AmericanChecked. When launched in 2014, TribalTRAC became the only paperless solution for tribal gaming licensing and verification, eliminating the need for unsecure faxing and ensuring that all pieces of information are complete prior to sending the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) for final approval.
